About
Maggie is a pastry chef who also cooks savory, which means her dinners tend to end better than most. She does brunches, dessert tables, and full dinners where the last course is the reason you booked her.
She works a lot with multi-family houses and birthday weekends, and she is comfortable cooking around kids who want to help. Most of her brunches involve at least one child on a stool next to her.
Everything sweet is made from scratch on site — no bakery boxes arriving at the door.

Dietary accommodations
Gluten-free and dairy-free desserts are separate recipes, not substitutions made on the day.
Tell Maggie about allergies during planning so she can adjust recipes before shopping.
Baking means flour, eggs, dairy, and nuts are in constant use, and services happen in your rental kitchen rather than a controlled facility. Cross-contact is likely. Guests with severe allergies to these ingredients should discuss precautions with Maggie before booking.
Maggie did brunch for my daughters birthday and let all four girls help with the buns. The dessert table looked like something out of a magazine and she handled a dairy allergy without making it a whole thing.
