Cooking happens in your rental kitchen rather than a controlled facility, and nuts and chiles are used across most menus. Cross-contact is possible. Guests with severe allergies should talk with Elena before booking.
Excellent Chef
Elena made tortillas by hand in our rental kitchen while twenty of us wandered in and out. The mole took her two days and you could taste it. Our vegan niece ate better than anyone.
