Dietary accommodations
Substitutions are built into your menu during planning, not swapped last-minute at the table.
Dre will accommodate most dietary needs and allergies when he knows about them in advance — tell him during menu planning, not on arrival day.
Because services are cooked in a rental kitchen rather than a dedicated allergen-free facility, and several menus include shellfish and other common allergens, cross-contact cannot be fully ruled out. Guests with severe or life-threatening allergies should discuss precautions directly with Dre before booking.
“We booked a private dinner for our family of eight and it was one of the highlights of the trip. Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and customized around our preferences.”
— Jennifer R., Nashville, TN
“Chef made our vacation dinner effortless. The food was excellent, the kids loved it, and we were able to enjoy the evening without worrying about cooking or cleanup.”
— Sarah M., Family Vacation
