About
Michelle cooks Gulf-to-table seafood with a light hand — ceviches, crudo, whole grilled fish, and a lot of citrus and herbs. Her food suits people who want to eat well without leaving the table feeling heavy.
She works with the boats directly and builds the menu around what actually landed that morning, so the final plate list is usually confirmed the day before your dinner rather than weeks out.
Most of her bookings are couples and small groups on 30A who want one really good night in the house instead of a restaurant reservation.

Gulf Catch Tasting Dinner
A plated seafood dinner built around whatever the boats brought in that morning. Michelle confirms the final course list the day before, once she knows what is actually available.
Courses come out one at a time rather than all at once, so this works best for a table that plans to sit down together and stay there.
- Non-alcoholic pairings $18.00 per person
- Raw bar starter $22.00 per person
- Extra server $150.00 flat rate

Dietary accommodations
Vegetarian menus are built separately rather than adapted from the seafood list.
Share any allergies during menu planning and Michelle will design around them.
Menus are shellfish-heavy and cooked in your rental kitchen rather than a dedicated allergen-free space, so cross-contact is possible. Guests with severe allergies should discuss precautions with Michelle before booking.
Michelle texted the day before to say the snapper looked better than the grouper and asked if we minded. That is the whole experience in one message. Four courses, no rush, and she talked us through every plate.
